The programme is simple and private.
You receive a friendly and heart-warming reception on your admission for treatment to our clinic. We have provisions to accommodate for new admissions within a day of booking although we advise that people pre-book in advance.
Referrals made by the client themselves, their family, colleagues, and medical physicians are welcomed. We will make sure that our personnel are prepared to accommodate you after your reservation is confirmed.
Upon arrival at the facility, you will be acquainted to the medical staff and toured around so that you can orient yourself with the facility's various corners. You'll be given a welcome pack that will give an explanation of everything you're required to know regarding your stay at the Sanctuary Lodge and a roster of the therapy sessions. If are not able to drive towards our facility on your own, please give us a call.
Our specialist psychiatrist who is skilled in detox will provide a consultation to you during the first 24 hours upon admission.
Here, we will consider you medical and psychological treatment needs to carry out a full assessment. A complete detoxification course of action will get prescribed if it is needed. Our mental health experts will be in charge of administering and monitoring your detox under strict protocol.
Your psychiatrist will then suggest and emphasise any aspect of your medical care programme which needs more focus. Our goal is to make sure that you treatment needs are met during your stay, therefore we will make sure that anything recommended or highlighted is then incorporated into your bespoke treatment plan. We will ensure that you are getting the highest standard care at any time and your treatment plan will then be constantly evaluated by our clinical director, counsellors and clinical personnel.
Our warm and friendly employees will help you to settle into the place once you have completed your assessment. Our staff are always available to offer reassurance, give advice and help in all matters especially because we recognize that this is a trying and worrisome time for most people.
